Ryan Brinkley, CPA is the Finance and Administration Manager at Luminosity. He oversees all aspects of financial management, accounting operations, and compliance for the organization. Ryan maintains accurate project-level financials across multiple contracts and ensures timely and compliant reporting for government and nonprofit clients.
In addition to managing day-to-day accounting operations, Ryan plays a key role in financial planning and analysis—leading annual budgeting and forecasting, preparing project financial summaries, and supporting business development through financial planning and staffing analysis. He also works closely with directors to interpret scopes of work, allocate resources, and monitor contract-level spending. Ryan oversees internal controls and financial systems, coordinates audits and tax filings, and ensures organizational compliance with federal and state regulations, client contractual obligations, and industry standards.
Prior to joining Luminosity, Ryan served as a Senior Auditor at a global public accounting and advisory firm, where he led complex audit engagements for publicly traded companies and advised clients on financial reporting and internal controls. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds both a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting from James Madison University.
