He works closely with team members and stakeholders to gather and translate complex data integration requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions. Tim helps design and document data models and ETL processes, conducts testing and validation to ensure data quality and integrity, and troubleshoots integration issues to support seamless data consolidation from disparate sources. He plays a key role in bridging the gap between technical and non-technical collaborators, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.

Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a concentration in Data Analytics from Illinois State University. Prior to joining Luminosity, he served as an analyst for a Fortune 500 retail company, where he managed data-driven initiatives, led cross-functional workstreams, and supported strategic decision-making through analytics and operational optimization.
