Vinathi is a Data Engineer at Luminosity working on the Transforming Siloed Data into Justice System Insights initiative. She contributes to the development and maintenance of data pipelines and supports the standardization, integration, and validation of complex justice system datasets. Her work emphasizes strong SQL development, careful implementation of data transformations, and adherence to engineering standards that support accuracy, reproducibility, and long-term usability of analytical datasets used for reporting and dashboards. She brings experience supporting end-to-end data workflows, from ingestion and transformation through validation and delivery, in production-oriented environments.

Vinathi holds a master’s degree in Business Analytics and Information Systems from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from G. Narayanamma Institute of Technology and Science. Prior to joining Luminosity, Vinathi worked in data engineering roles within financial and academic environments, where she supported enterprise data pipelines, contributed to data integration and quality assurance efforts, and worked with cross-functional teams to deliver well-documented, production-ready datasets.
