She presented a plenary session "Applying Research to Practice: Transformational Change in the Pretrial System" with Matt Alsdorf, Director of Criminal Justice, Laura and John Arnold Foundation; Jessica Ireland, Pretrial Services Administrator, Mecklenburg County Criminal Justice Services; and Chief District Court Judge Regan Miller, Mecklenburg County, NC.
She also presented her most recent research "Risk-Based Pretrial Release Recommendation and Supervision Guidelines: Exploring the Effect on Officer Recommendations, Judicial Decision-Making, and Pretrial Outcome" with Kenneth Rose, Criminal Justice Program Coordinator, Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services and Pat Smith, Director, OAR/Jefferson Area Community Corrections.

The presentation was in support of the New Jersey bail reform efforts which includes the implementation of the Public Safety Assessment pretrial risk tool developed by the Laura and John Arnold Foundation.
